The Ace Race Parts line of 6061-T6 Aluminum Tight Radius Donuts offers fabricators of intercooler piping, intakes, and other custom components a high-quality welding experience with virtually no need for surface preparation. These donuts allow for much tighter radius bends than those achievable with traditional mandrel bends. Featuring a CLR multiplier of 0.75D, these donuts enable incredibly tight bends at almost any angle. Manufactured using the latest CNC metal spinning technology, our Donuts maintain consistent dimensions, surface finish, and material composition.
Our Tight Radius Donuts are available in two configurations: 1) Unwelded, sold as a set of two halves, and 2) Welded, fully welded along the outer circumference but unwelded on the inside. This particular Aluminum Donut is offered as a set of two unwelded halves and will require welding on both the inside and outside of the donut.
